Ben Warden is a San Francisco–based photographer who thrives at the intersection of sports, editorial storytelling, and bold visual experimentation. For more than 16 seasons, he has captured powerful studio portraits and live-action moments with the San Francisco 49ers, alongside commissions for major sports media and editorial outlets.

His work is driven by curiosity and a refusal to play it safe. Ben looks for the unexpected perspective — images that not only meet a client’s needs but also challenge visual norms. From the energy of professional athletes to the raw narratives of journalism, his photographs aim to surprise, provoke, and resonate.
